J Foster Architects was appointed to reconfigure an existing 72 sqm late 1970s purpose built terrace on the outskirts of Victoria Park. A Lawful Development Certificate (LDC) application for the conversion of the garage to provide additional habitable area with a large picture window proved contentious with Hackney.

The LDC was finally approved in May 2017.
